This little 83 page ditty was a pleasure to review. It was like getting an autobiography and a cookbook all rolled into one. There were many things that appealed to me about this book and one of them was the compassion throughout this great read as the author helped us to realize we weren't alone and then gave us helpful and simple ways to make the food budget stretch just that little bit further. The recipes were great, taken from easy to find ingredients, many found at your local dollar store. We were lovingly taught how to make barbecue sauce, pasta, muffins and other yummy stuff. I was struck by the author's courage under fire and I would recommend this blessed guide to anyone who finds themselves scared and struggling financially during these unpredictable times. Thanks Juanita, for this much needed breath of fresh air.
