Reviewing this122 page how-to was an absolute gift from God. The ease with which the author helped me to understand what happened and what I can do about it was astounding. The simplicity of her words has moved me and changed me in ways it is hard to explain. I just felt energetically touched, like someone could see where I went off the track in my life's journey and calmly and lovingly helped me get back on. The exercises after each section really helped me to pull it all together. Being a Spiritual Adviser I have had the pleasure of helping many in a deep and profound way, and the problem usually stemmed from being turned away from our natural love of self. This book confirmed the issue for me and gave me an awesome handhold up.
